We are running outdoor bootcamps several times per day, with proper social distancing and disinfection protocols in place. See the schedule here.
Our fitness studio is still closed, so you must arrive ready to work out. Change rooms, bathrooms, showers, and our water station are all closed.
Please come wearing your workout gear, with water and a mat. Spaces are limited, so you much register for bootcamps in advance.

Our Online Coaching Options
Habit based nutrition coaching on your terms. No calorie counting, no restrictions, just good habits for life.
Both the 30-Day and 12-Week programs are delivered primarily online and include everything needed to keep you accountable and moving towards your goal. You will access the program through the mobile app or your web browser. You will also have a one-on-one accountability call every week with your coach (over Zoom or FaceTime).

Group Fitness On Demand
We are excited to bring your follow-along group fitness classes, on demand, at NO COST. Work out at home, on your schedule, with the equipment you have on hand (even if that's only your bodyweight). Enjoy our renowned coaching as we workout alongside you, providing modifications and regressions along the way.

Our personal training sessions are tailored to your specific goals. Each session is 45 minutes long, and delivered over your choice of Zoom or FaceTime video conference. We will coach you through your entire workout, ensuring you are demonstrating proper form & technique, and providing corrections and modifications in real time. It's the next best thing to in-person personal training.
Individual Sessions are $80 each
5-Pack of Sessions for $70 per session
10-Pack of Sessions for $65 per session

Chris and Marc are amazing trainers! They are very passionate and you can tell they truly love what they do and are in the industry to help members become fit, stronger and lead a healthy lifestyle. The facilities are SO Clean, the workouts are Incredible and different every day so you will never get bored and continually be challenged(in a good way) at each and every class. I can’t say enough good things about The Sweat Box...it was a no brainer for me a to quit the other gym I was going to and sign up here. To the moms out there that have kids...make the time and get out to these workouts...you’ll be so glad that you did and your body will thank you for it.

Such an amazing workout space with owners that have endless energy to make sure you get the workout you want and need! There are so many class options and inspiring members that push you to do your best as well. If you don’t have much time these classes are perfect as they’re nice and short but you always leave sweating. I felt so welcomed and inspired to push myself in the sweat box. Thanks Chris and Marc!!
Christine has been a full time personal trainer and group fitness instructor since 2016, and holds multiple industry certifications including Personal Training, Corrective Exercise, and TRX Group. Christine founded her personal training business - Body By Chris - and grew so quickly that she had to open her own dedicated fitness studio. You know this studio as The Sweat Box.
Prior to opening The Sweat Box, Marc has been a part-time personal trainer and group fitness instructor since early 2018. Having struggled with poor eating and little exercise for much of his adult life, Marc draws heavily on his own weight loss journey (from 250lbs to 165lbs currently) to guide others on their health and fitness path.
