Group Fitness & Kickboxing Classes
Come find your tribe and get your sweat on with a group training session. Sessions are ever-changing to bring new challenges and better results. Focusing on functional training, group fitness sessions are built upon proven modalities such as TRX, kettlebells, barbells, bodyweight and resistance training in a bootcamp format. Our group training sessions are open and accessible to participants of all abilities - no previous experience required!
For that extra cardio kick (literally!) we offer our Intro to Kickboxing classes. High energy and so much fun, Intro to Kickboxing sessions focus on partner drills and padwork. Open to all ages & stages, no previous experience needed.
6:30AM - Group Fitness - Monday through Friday
9:30AM - Group Fitness - Monday through Friday
12:00 Noon - Group Fitness - Monday, Wednesday, Friday
5:00PM - Group Fitness - Monday through Friday
6:00PM - Group Fitness - Monday through Thursday
7:00PM - Kickboxing - Tuesday & Thursday
Saturday: 8:00AM and 9:00AM - Group Fitness

Looking for a handful of group training or kickboxing sessions, with no commitment? Then our 10-class pass is for you.
Pass is valid for 90 days from the date of purchase.
This pass does not renew automatically.
Enjoy unlimited training sessions per week. Includes a standing reservation to 3 sessions each week, plus unlimited self-booked sessions (subject to availability).
This option automatically renews month-to-month, with a three month minimum commitment.
The Sweat Box is hands down THE BEST. Christine and Marc are meticulous in every aspect of how they run their modern, clean and safe fitness studio. Workouts are designed to challenge you to push further than you think you can go, and if you ever waiver in that progression they are there to encourage you as you need it.
Honestly hands down best gym in KW! I’ve never been so happy with how fun and amazing all the classes are! Christine and Marc are truly so great and challenge you to push yourself to achieve your goals! I would highly recommend this studio if you are looking for an upbeat, exciting and sweaty experience!
