Who We Are and What We Do:
Welcome to The Sweat Box. We are an award-winning fitness studio offering Small Group Bootcamps, One-on-One Personal Training, and Nutrition Coaching. Our guiding principle is "progress, not perfection".
We are located at 4-35 Trillium Drive in Kitchener, Ontario.
COVID-19 Update: In-person training has resumed as of June 11th in accordance with Ontario's reopening framework.
In-person training (both group fitness and personal training) is taking place outdoors at The Sweat Box.
We also continue to offer virtual training options via Zoom. You can view our current schedule and register for bootcamps at our MindBody page. Small Group Fitness Training
Come find your tribe and get your sweat on with a group training session. Sessions are ever-changing to bring new challenges and better results. Focusing on functional training, group fitness sessions are built upon proven modalities such as TRX, kettlebells, barbells, bodyweight and resistance training in a bootcamp format. Our group training sessions are open and accessible to participants of all abilities - no previous experience required!
How to get started:
1. Visit our MindBody site to create an account, sign our waiver, and grab your free trial session. Don't worry, we won't ask for any billing details.
2. Schedule your free Bootcamp session by clicking here. Please note that your free Bootcamp pass expires in one week.
3. Come Sweat With Us! Join us online (Zoom link will be emailed to you when you register), or in-studio (regulations permitting). For in-studio workouts, please bring water, a yoga mat, and a sweat towel. Our studio is located at 4-35 Trillium Drive in Kitchener.
4. Want to keep it going? Choose your membership from the options below:
Enjoy unlimited training sessions per week. Includes a standing reservation to 3 sessions each week, plus unlimited self-booked sessions (subject to availability). The Elite membership also includes access to our online home workout library.

Looking for a handful of group training sessions each month? Then our 10-class pass is for you.
Pass is valid for 90 days from the date of purchase.

Personal Training & Nutrition
Tired of wandering the gym floor with little or no results? Looking for specific results but uncertain how to achieve them? Need a little extra motivation and accountability? Consider experiencing a personal training session with one of our ISSA Certified Fitness Trainers. We love working with men, women, and teens to help you get fit, stay motivated, build more muscle and feel great about what you see in the mirror. A healthy body equals a healthy mind. We can help you reach your goals.
Individual Sessions are $80 each

Habit based nutrition coaching on your terms. No calorie counting, no restrictions, just good habits for life.
Our programs are delivered primarily online and include everything needed to keep you accountable and moving towards your goal. You will access the program through the mobile app or your web browser. You will also have a one-on-one accountability call every week with your coach (over Zoom or FaceTime).

I am a relatively active person, and get out for jogs/walks often but I work a desk job and knew I needed to do more to maintain my mobility and strength. I decided to join The Sweat Box classes and I’m finding the experience very positive. The instructors are very friendly and approachable and provide regressions to exercises for a variety of fitness levels. This allows me to take baby steps to improve weak areas and build a better base. The online classes are inclusive and convenient. There are lunch hour classes allow me to break up my workday and evening classes that I can zip into right after work. Signing up keeps me accountable and holds me to a better work-life balance! The Nutrition Coaching Program with Chris is the most in-depth program you will ever experience! The focus is way more then just food. It's about your entire self, how you live, the people around you, how you grew up, just to name a few. You want to change the way you eat for life, I highly recommend this program!

Christine has been a full time personal trainer and group fitness instructor since 2016, and holds multiple industry certifications including Personal Training, Corrective Exercise, and TRX Group. Christine founded her personal training business - Body By Chris - and grew so quickly that she had to open her own dedicated fitness studio. You know this studio as The Sweat Box.
Prior to opening The Sweat Box, Marc has been a part-time personal trainer and group fitness instructor since early 2018. Having struggled with poor eating and little exercise for much of his adult life, Marc draws heavily on his own weight loss journey (from 250lbs to 165lbs currently) to guide others on their health and fitness path.
