We Are OPEN!

In-person small group fitness and personal training is back at our studio - 35 Trillium Drive, Unit 4.

It's still not quite business as usual:  You must arrive ready to work out. You must bring a mask.  You must wear your mask from the time you enter the studio until you reach your designated workout space, at which time you may remove your mask.


Please bring a mat and a towel, and all the water you will need.  Workout equipment will be provided, already disinfected and sanitized.  You will be provided with a dedicated workout space at an appropriate distance from the other participants.

Our facilities (washrooms, change rooms, showers, water refill station) remain closed at this time.

Come find your tribe and get your sweat on with a group training session.  Sessions are ever-changing to bring new challenges and better results.  Focusing on functional training, group fitness sessions are built upon proven modalities such as TRX, kettlebells, battle ropes, bodyweight and resistance training in a bootcamp format.  Our group training sessions are open and accessible to participants of all abilities - no previous experience required!

Tired of wandering the gym floor with little or no results?  Looking for specific results but uncertain how to achieve them?  Need a little extra motivation and accountability?  Consider experiencing a personal training session with one of our ISSA Certified Fitness Trainers.  We love working with men, women, and teens to help you get fit, stay motivated, build more muscle and feel great about what you see in the mirror.  A healthy body equals a healthy mind.  We can help you reach your goals.

Habit based nutrition coaching on your terms.  No calorie counting, no restrictions, just good habits for life.

Our nutrition coaching programs are delivered primarily online and include everything needed to keep you accountable and moving towards your goal.  You will access the program through the mobile app or your web browser.  You will also have a one-on-one accountability call every week with your coach (over Zoom or FaceTime).

About Us

Christine has been a full time personal trainer and group fitness instructor since 2016, and holds multiple industry certifications including Personal Training, Corrective Exercise, and TRX Group.  Christine founded her personal training business - Body By Chris - and grew so quickly that she had to open her own dedicated fitness studio.  You know this studio as The Sweat Box.

Prior to opening The Sweat Box, Marc has been a part-time personal trainer and group fitness instructor since early 2018.  Having struggled with poor eating and little exercise for much of his adult life, Marc draws heavily on his own weight loss journey (from 250lbs to 165lbs currently) to guide others on their health and fitness path.
