Welcome to The Sweat Box. We are an award-winning fitness studio located in Kitchener, Ontario. We are a family-owned business where the focus is on our members. We create our functional fitness programming to be challenging and accessible to everyone. Every body, all ages, stages and abilities, are welcome at The Sweat Box. What We Do
At The Sweat Box we are focused on three primary services: Personal Training, Group Fitness, and Nutrition Coaching. Many of our members choose to "double dip" and combine two (or even all three) of our services to achieve their personal goals.

Group Fitness & Kickboxing
Come find your tribe and get your sweat on with a group training session. Sessions are ever-changing to bring new challenges and better results. Focusing on functional training, group fitness sessions are built upon proven modalities such as TRX, kettlebells, barbells, bodyweight and resistance training in a bootcamp format. Our group training sessions are open and accessible to participants of all abilities - no previous experience required!
For that extra cardio kick (literally!) we offer our Intro to Kickboxing classes. High energy and so much fun, Intro to Kickboxing sessions focus on partner drills and padwork. Open to all ages & stages, no previous experience needed.

Tired of wandering the gym floor with little or no results? Looking for specific results but uncertain how to achieve them? Need a little extra motivation and accountability? Consider experiencing a personal training session with one of our Certified Personal Trainers. We love working with men, women, and teens to help you get fit, stay motivated, build more muscle and feel great about what you see in the mirror. A healthy body equals a healthy mind. We can help you reach your goals.
Habit based nutrition coaching on your terms. No calorie counting, no restrictions, just good habits for life.
Our programs are delivered primarily online and include everything needed to keep you accountable and moving towards your goal. You will access the program through the mobile app or your web browser. You will also have a one-on-one accountability call every week with your coach (over Zoom or FaceTime).
Once you sign up, you will receive an email with the link to access the program.

Meet Your Coaches
Owner/Lead Personal Trainer
Christine has been a full time personal trainer and group fitness instructor since 2016, and holds multiple industry certifications including Personal Training, Corrective Exercise, and TRX Group. Christine founded her personal training business - Body By Chris - and grew so quickly that she had to open her own dedicated fitness studio. You know this studio as The Sweat Box.
Owner/Lead Group Fitness Instructor
Prior to opening The Sweat Box, Marc has been a part-time personal trainer and group fitness instructor since early 2018. Having struggled with poor eating and little exercise for much of his adult life, Marc draws heavily on his own weight loss journey (from 250lbs to 165lbs currently) to guide others on their health and fitness path.
Lead Kickboxing Instructor, Personal Trainer & Group Fitness Instructor
Josh holds his black belt in Shotokan Karate, which he has been teaching for over 7 years. You need to come experience Josh's kickboxing classes for yourself! Josh is also a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor.
Group Fitness Instructor & R. Kin Candidate
Alex brings years of competitive dance experience along with her amazing energy to every Group Fitness session.
Alex is an accomplished coach, who will push you to realize your personal best while keeping your form on-point.
You'll find Alex leading our weekday 9:30AM classes.
